We only ship to the 48 continguous states.  Most all products ship free with the exceptions of special circumstances.  Typical "in house" time is about 5 - 10 business days.  That is one to two weeks before your order actually ships.  It could be sooner but that is what the manufacturer is currently quoting us.

When your order ships, we will send you tracking information.  If the order is less than 6 boxes, in most cases it will ship Fed Ex, not always.  If its more than 6 boxes, it will ship with a common carrier or LTL (less than truckload).  These are larger delivery trucks such as Estes, etc...  In most cases common carriers will call and make an appointment before delivery.  This is pretty typical protocol.  However, if you wanted to be proactive, you could call the freight company and make the appointment after you receive your tracking information.
