What is your cancellation policy?Updated 6 months ago

We are not the manufacturer and we do not make the rules.  But anytime an order needs to be cancelled or changed, we do all we can to make that happen.  However, there is no guarantee of this.  If possible, orders can be cancelled or changed typically in the first 24 hours of your placing the order.  This is not always the case.  The Foundry, our manufacturer, considers all orders final when you purchase.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.  Even if it has been several days, we can always try.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.
