We’re sorry your item(s) have damage! This can sometimes happen during transportation.
Keep in mind these boxes weigh in excess of 50 lbs a piece. When being transferred, it is not uncommon for the boxes to become tattered, ripped, quite frankly look like they've been to hell and back. However, 99% of the time, the product is fine. It is just a tough product. But it is possible to damage. So please don't hesitate to call as soon as you discover the damage.
