If the product has damage, was shipped wrong or was incorrect in any way due to us, we will correct that as soon as possible

This product has a no return policy.  Please do your homework beforehand.  Probably 98% of our orders go as smooth as smooth can go.  However, there is the 2 percent that thinks everything is returnable and therefore order recklessly on the site.  If you are looking at an image on the screen, you are not getting a true representation of the products color.  That is the number one complaint.  In order to be proactive rather than reactive, we started mailing free samples about 10 years ago.  There is no excuse for you not to order a sample.  Samples will go out same day or next business day.  We don't mean to sound stern or harsh but, like a good supplier should do, we're looking out for your best interest.  Don't settle for less than what you want.  It makes us happy, happy, happy to send color samples.  We get them out within 1 business day via USPS mail.
